Sunwest Development, L.C. is a Utah based Construction Company formed in 1993. The company, managed by Dan and Miriam Steurer, specializes in real estate construction and asset management and assists with the design, construction coordination and marketing of custom homes and commercial buildings in the Southern Utah area. Sunwest is a licensed in both Utah and Nevada (Utah License #279402, Nevada License #44947) and is insured/bonded as a full service residential and commercial general contractor.

Dan is currently licensed as a Principal Broker in Utah, California and Oklahoma. He has been active in the development, construction, management and sales of real estate property and has been continuously licensed and practicing in the real estate and construction industry for more than 24 years. Miriam is a licensed Real Estate Agent and is associated with Southern Utah Real Estate Co. in St. George.

Sunwest Development is a member of the National Home Builders Association, the Southern Utah Home Builders Association and the Utah Better Business Bureau.
